1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products are delivered in digital format (PDFs, video tutorials, templates, etc.). Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, we’ll gladly assist in resolving the problem:

• You received the wrong files or download link
• You are unable to access the files due to technical problems
• The download link is broken or expired

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@easycraftforbeginners.co with your order details, and we’ll provide a working download link or correct the issue promptly.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please email us with proof of both transactions, and we’ll review and process a refund for the duplicate order if eligible.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect that your purchase was made fraudulently or without your permission, please contact us immediately at contact@easycraftforbeginners.co. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
